DELIVERY
    •    Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 2–5 working days.
    •    Made-to-order items: Can take up to 2 weeks before dispatch.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked service, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
    •    Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, I will offer a full refund upon return. Please contact me as soon as possible.
    •    Returns: I accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Custom-made items cannot be returned.
    •    Refunds: Once I receive the returned item, I’ll process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
    •    How to request a return: Please contact me via the Get in Touch page if you wish to return an item.

    •    Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it’s processed quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact me right away. I can’t guarantee changes once the order is in progress.

 

JEWELLERY
    •    What materials are your pieces made from?
All jewellery is handmade with high-quality, sustainable materials like sterling silver, recycled metals, and ethically sourced gemstones.


    •    Will my jewellery tarnish?
Over time, sterling silver can tarnish, but you can easily clean it with a polishing cloth. To keep it looking good, store it in a dry, cool place and avoid chemicals.


    •    How do I know my bracelet size?
To find your bracelet size:
    1.    Wrap a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper around your wrist just above the wrist bone.
    2.    Mark where the ends meet and measure it with a ruler.
    3.    For a comfortable fit, add 1–1.5” (2.5–4cm).

 

PACKAGING
    •    How will my jewellery be packaged?
All items are beautifully packaged in a branded gift box, wrapped in tissue paper, and finished with a cotton ribbon. I use eco-friendly products wherever possible.


    •    Can I include a gift message?
Absolutely! Please let me know if you’d like a gift message included, and I’ll make sure it’s added.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
    •    What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged, I will offer a full refund once the item is returned. Please get in touch with me right away.


    •    Can I return or exchange my item?
