Shipping Policy

We offer FREE UK shipping and FREE standard shipping on all International purchases of £100 or more! We offer a £6 flat rate for the International shipping on order value up to £100 .

Justynasart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Justynasart is also not responsible for additional duty and import taxes that may be charged by the receiving country. 

Because most items are handmade to order, please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment. I try to get orders fulfilled long before 5 business days, however, 5 days is the longest it would ever take. 

For packages being delivered within the UK, please allow 1-2 business days for delivery. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

For international orders, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for completed shipping as the mail can run slowly, especially due to customs delays. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Gift Wrapping

All jewellery is nicely packaged in a Jewellery box, ready for gift giving.

Return & Exchange Policy

Justynasart sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. This is our policy because once this item is sent to you, for health and sanitation reasons, we can not resell the piece.  So please take the time you need to choose something that you think will work best for you.

If an item is damaged as a result of quality or got damaged during shipping (which can happen on the long treks across the pond), customers must Contact Us their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Justynasart reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
